Barbara and Scott Schriber, owners of Selle Valley Construction, Inc., have a deep respect for the environment and the quality of life that Sandpoint has to offer and are the first of Sandpoint area builders to earn the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. Selle Valley Construction, Inc. is the only local construction company that has built homes certified by both the NAHB Green Building Standard and Energy Star.
